Customer service was absolutely amazing, worked with me when my schedule was messy and were very accommodating at a time when I needed it the most. Hopefully you don’t need a tow, but if you do, these are the guys!

New to the world of EV vehicles. I pushed the limit and left myself stranded and unable to charge my car. The charger I was attempting to use needed my car to be at least 2% to take a charge. My car was at 0%. Mike responded to my call at 1 am on a weekday, being well over an hour from him we could’t do much that morning. About 45 min later he reached out to me and he offered to meet me the next morning. True to his word and at the time he said, he charged my car enough to get it charging on the charger. I gained some great knowledge on EV vehicles while we waited for the initial charge to suffice, friendly, engaging, professional. EV road charging services are few and far between in the Cities at the moment. 100% recommend A1 for this service, and I would trust the same professionalism with the other services they have to offer. Called business-they sent out SUV for us to sit in A/C while we waited for tow truck. Tow came in under 30 minutes at night! Randy and Riley were exceptional. Thanks for making lemonade out of lemons!
They got my mom's car after a terrible accident. When we went to clean it out the person helped like he was family. I am very thankful for the professionalism and the extra mile he went to help. This was more help than I could ever expect from a business. They treat you like family!

12000 pound 5th wheel camper popped a tire while heading to Mankato on Highway 14. No one in Mankato said they were able to help. A1 drove the 30 minutes to assist and it cost less than what GoodSam & the insurance company quoted. Friendly, quick, and cheap. What else could you want?

My cars starter went out while I was going to return home from fishing in the evening. Progressive roadside assistance had A1 Towing come to get my suv back to Mankato from Elysian. Didn't get the tow truck drivers name, but he did an awesome job and was a cool guy! Unloaded my suv pretty quickly as well. Definitely recommend A1 Towing if you have car issues around the area!
I had a tire blowout at 4:45 in the morning on my way to work. I tried calling all of the closest towing services that advertised they were 24 hours, no one answered. I called A1 Towing and they answered the phone call immediately and were there at the time they said. The driver was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this business. I'm very grateful that they actually provided 24 hour service as they claimed!
